Schuylkill County Small Business Revolving Loan Program
The Schuylkill Small Business Revolving Loan Program was developed by the Commissioners of Schuylkill County in a continuing effort to attract and retain businesses that provide family-sustaining wages and stabilize our communities.
The Schuylkill County Board of Commissioners have provided funds for an economic development loan program. The program is available county-wide and can be used both by new businesses and existing businesses that need assistance for development or expansion. Such businesses must be able to create jobs that employ county residents. Loans can be made for the acquisition and rehabilitation, or new construction for non-residential properties, or purchase of equipment or machinery. Loans may not be used to refinance existing debt nor for working capital.
