Board Governance: The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of leaders from member businesses and nonprofits throughout the region. The Board sets the strategic direction of the Chamber, oversees its financial health, and ensures the organization remains accountable to the members it serves.

Board members are elected by membership and serve defined terms, bringing diverse perspectives from across industries and communities within Schuylkill County. They meet regularly to review Chamber initiatives, guide policy and advocacy priorities, and support the staff in advancing the Chamber’s mission.

Through this governance structure, the Chamber ensures that decisions are made thoughtfully, transparently, and in the best interest of the business community it represents
