The 2025 Pennsylvania Farm Show was a fantastic showcase of Schuylkill County’s agricultural excellence, with many Chamber members participating and earning top honors!

A special congratulations to Schuylkill County Commissioner Barron “Boots” Hetherington, a dedicated local farmer, and Robin Hetherington of B&R Farms, whose Ornamental Indian Corn entry received recognition:
🏆 Blue Ribbon – 1st Place in the Statewide Indian Corn Competition
🏆 Purple Ribbon – 1st Place in the Department 12 Hay and Grain Competition
🏆 Orange Ribbon – Best of Show for all entries in the competition

Additionally, Schuylkill County was well represented at the PA Preferred Reception, where Honey Brook Farm and Masser Potatoes showcased their outstanding contributions to Pennsylvania agriculture. Their participation highlighted the innovation and dedication of our local farmers.
