The West Reading, Pennsylvania bank, with assets totaling $21.3 billion, was named the best-performing bank among those with assets between $10 billion and $50 billion, according to year-end 2023 data. The ranking is determined by Capital Performance Group, a consulting firm that evaluates each bank's three-year average return on average equity (ROAE) to compile its annual list.
