RICH-BAILEY JOINS TOMPKINS COMMUNITY BANK

WYOMISSING, PA (June 21, 2022) – Tompkins Community Bank announced that Stephanie Rich-Bailey has joined the company as vice president and branch manager of the Wyomissing office. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing the branch’s operations, developing consumer and business relationships, and supporting the local community.

“Stephanie brings a wide range of expertise to our team,” said Paula Barron, senior vice president and community banking division manager. “From relationship building to top-tier client service, we’re excited to see our team infused with Stephanie’s leadership.”

A resident of Wyomissing, Rich-Bailey has 27 years of financial services experience, most recently with Truist Bank. She received a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and is a graduate of Leadership Berks. Active in the community, Rich-Bailey is a board member of Keystone Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services.
