Description of Organization: Provides animal welfare services and operates
a facility for over 150 cats and 85 dogs. Conducts investigations of
animal cruelty. Conducts educational programs focusing on humane treatment
of animals and the need to control population through spay/neuter programs.

Description of Organization: The Charles Baber Cemetery Trustees manage
the Baber Cemetery as a cemetery, historic site, and important landscape.
The cemetery is significant for its wide variety of tree species and
rich Schuylkill County history.

Description of Organization: The ESRC is an inter-municipal cooperative
consisting of the boroughs of Tamaqua, Rush, Schuylkill, Walker, and
West Penn Townships, and the Tamaqua Area School District. Since 1997,
ESRC has been working to increase recreational opportunities in Eastern
Schuylkill County with an emphasis on park and trail development.
