Find Your Place in Schuylkill County
Mission Statement
To create an informational resource that identifies the skill levels of people interested in finding their place in Schuylkill County.
Information will be gathered on persons who have left Schuylkill County and are interested in returning or who are living in the county and looking for employment more suitable to their education, training, and interests.
If you are one of these people, please complete the brief registration form.
Your information will then become part of a database which will be available to county businesses and employers to promote economic development.

The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce exists to act as an advocate for the Schuylkill business community, to promote business growth, retention and recruitment, also to ensure that the political, social and economic needs of our people are met in order to provide for positive and planned growth of both the individual and the county. The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce is the sponsor of the Leadership Program and will continue to promote the Find Your Place in Schuylkill County project throughout the coming years. .
Schuylkill Highridge Business Park located on Rt. 81 covers 1,800 acres. Designed as a mixed-use park, it will provide for light industrial, warehouse distribution, manufacturing, back-office, residential and other support services. The Schuylkill Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO) stimulates and influences the process of bringing in industry create quality job opportunities in Schuylkill County. The success of SEDCO will improve the quality of life and raise the standard of living for Schuylkill County and its communities.
In order for SEDCO to effectively benefit the community, they need to assess the resources available within the county, most importantly, its people, knowledge, and experience.
By completing the registration for, SEDCO will have the resources to assure the integrity and quality of life in Schuylkill County.
